BlueCheck AI is provided for authorized billing, coding, and compliance review workflows. Users may access the application only through approved organization accounts and must use it according to their organization policies and applicable law.
Human review required
BlueCheck AI outputs are informational and advisory. They are not medical, legal, or final billing advice. A qualified human reviewer must verify source documentation, payer policy, and claim readiness before any billing or submission decision.
Authorized use
Users must not upload documents they are not authorized to review, share credentials, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, or use the application outside the approved organization workflow.
Account and data responsibility
Each organization is responsible for assigning authorized users, reviewing outputs, maintaining appropriate compliance practices, and confirming payer requirements before use.
